This apartment house satisfies the highest demands of the guests who visit Budapest. It is a place with a niveau of a 4-star hotel, but still offers a rather familiar and homely atmosphere.

It is located in a house with a garden in one of the most prestigious districts of Budapest. The
building was fully renovated in 2017 with high quality materials and a well-designed interior.
The business is running since March 2017 and has all the necessary permits and licenses.
Since the number of guests is growing continuously and the apartments are really popular among our guests, the place received the Guest Review Award from booking.com in 2017 and 2018. Today, the rating is 9.4, based on 200 review.

In the rooms, there are premium quality beds and matrasses, Smart TV, WIFI, air conditioning
and a safety box.
It is easily accessible by public transport - the nearest bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the building. There are also private parking places which belong to the property.

The building (380 sqm) has enough space for 20 people to live in comfortably. There are 3
apartments with 2 rooms and a big balcony or terrace, and 3 apartments with 1 room. All of
them are stylishly furnished and have a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. The
building is equipped with remote surveillance, alarm and access control system which can be
operated via mobile application. There is a separate office area, staff room (incl. wash machine
and a dryer), and toilet for the employees.

The building has functioned as headquarter of a consultancy firm until 2017. With the current
setup it functions perfectly as a private guest house for companies and institutions. It is
comfortable for the colleagues to have some rest, but is also suitable for organizing business
meetings. The office area (54 sqm) and the garage on the ground floor (26
sqm) can be used as a reception, lobby, conference room, or it is possible to turn them into 2
new apartments.
